Despite this being Led Zeppelin’s own label, there are no Led Zeppelin singles issued on Swan Song in the UK, although a rumoured single from the live show at Knebworth in 1979 was allegedly given the catalogue number of SSK 19421, this was cancelled and remains unreleased. There was another cancelled single which would have had the catalogue number of SSK 19402 (“Trampled Underfoot/Black Country Woman”). This number was issued for this single for non-UK releases (e.g. Germany) and even featured a picture sleeve.
Instead we have a good selection of all the other artists, such as The Pretty Things, Bad Company, Midnight Flyer and the most prolific of all – Dave Edmunds.
