Sleeve notes:

An impressive ‘hard cover’ gatefold sleeve with 8 page book insert, printed and made by the EJ Day Group, London & Bedford. Outer cover is lightly textured and foil blocked in gold print. Stapled 8 page booklet is on thick, textured cartridge paper and glued into spine.

Label notes:

First issue on Pegasus winged horse label, reissued on PEG label, reissued again on Mooncrest label. All three with original booklet sleeve design. Later reissue on Mooncrest with simplified sleeve design.
